A fair copy is an outgoing that is personalized for just one addressee and consequently prepared for dispatch. In addition to the general document state (In process, Closed, Suspended, Canceled), fair copies have a dispatch status with the values "Not yet sent", "Sent", "Dispatch confirmed", "Undeliverable" and "Receipt confirmed". The transmission state of the fair copy and the (sole) addressee are displayed in the name (for example, "QUOTATION/2007/15 - Internet complete package - Mr. Smith (Dispatch confirmed)").
